Now the main reason we went was to take grand kids to the water park. Snack bar not any better, messed up our order, half was ice cold, they were out of several items. Breakfast was horrible, eggs cold, waffle makers so dirty waffles wont come out of them. Cigarette buts on the floor, things such as soap missing in my room, bathroom shower curtain should have been thrown away. Took forever to get checked in and NO ONE smiled or welcomed us.
Still dont understand what the problem was there but thank goodness a manager happen to be walking by and solved the issue. From the minute we checked in it was nothing but problems! We had booked 2 king rooms and a 3rd king with an adjoining Queen.
